Magnificent Marching Machine (M3)
M3 is treated as the heartbeat of the campus — the band students call themselves ambassadors for Morgan. Signature moments: first HBCU marching band from Maryland at the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade (2019), first HBCU band at the D-Day 80th anniversary parade in Normandy (2024), 2026 Rose Parade, and the 2026 Sunday Night Football 'Hamilton' halftime tribute. The drumline performed at the White House during the Obama administration, and the band has played NFL games, presidential inaugurations, and the World Series.
