The AOB's calling cards: the Aristocrat strut-style showmanship, the Sophisticated Ladies dance line, and a century-level TV and presidential-event résumé — from JFK (1961) to Clinton (1993, 1997) to Obama's White House lawn (2016) to the Biden–Harris inauguration (2021). The band and the football coach have always moved as a pair; John Merritt wanted the band at every game, and current director McDonald keeps that tradition.
