Band spotlight

Marching Steers

The Texas College band marches as the Marching Steers — a college band directory cites its 'Field Show 2019.' Earlier directors could not be verified from published sources, so the director list starts with the confirmed current one. The band's biggest recent spotlight was the February 2025 Super Bowl promo with FOX51, and the school runs annual athletic, choir, and band camps each summer to feed the program. For a 600-student school, the band punches above its weight on television.
